Thank you for trying Netdisaster's "DisasterBar" Toolbar software ("Toolbar")! Before you install the Toolbar, you must read and fully consent to this end-user license agreement. Your download, installation and use of the Toolbar are governed by this Agreement and you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions").
PRIVACY POLICY
Netdisaster.com takes your privacy very seriously. There is no spyware or malware of any kind in this product. Furthermore there is no 'phone home' capability, or even rival toobar code.
The Toolbar does NOT SPY after the user and does not transfer any personally identifiable information such as a name, an IP or E-mail address, ensuring complete anonymity for users. The only piece of information from the user that the Toolbar uses, is the current URL address from the browser's address bar, at the very moment the user launches an attacks from the DisasterBar. This piece of information is transmitted to Netdisaster.com to generate the disaster on the site chosen, but it is not tracked nor stored (except in the server logs).
When used, the Toolbar connects to Netdisaster.com to get dynamic data for the purpose of building menus and options. Therefore, the Toolbar remains up-to-date, without requiring the user to update the Toolbar.
LICENSE
You may use Netdisaster's DisasterBar for personal purposes.
For commercial use, you need an express written permission of Netdisaster.com.

Since using the Toolbar implies using the Netdisaster.com website, the use of the Toolbar is subject to the same terms and conditions as the use of Netdisaster.com, as stated at: http://www.netdisaster.com/en/disclaimer.html

Netdisaster.com disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from your use of the Toolbar.

The "Netdisaster" brand and graphic design are protected by the France laws on intellectual property.
This Toolbar, including its code, documentation, appearance, structure, and organization is an exclusive product of Netdisaster.com, who retains the property rights to the Toolbar, its copies, modifications, or merged parts.
