Tips for newbies

If you're a newbie to the internet and you don't understand how you could generate your own disasters, here are a few guidelines:

1. Using your usual web browser, go to a web site that you know and that you'd like to attack.

2. Copy the address (beginning with "http://") from your browser's address bar. This address bar must be located on top of your browser window, under the menu. To copy the address, select it entirely with your mouse and hit the Ctrl + C key combination from your keyboard, or right-click with your mouse and select "Copy" from the contextual drop-down menu.

3. On Netdisaster's home page paste the address of your target site in the "Target" field. To paste the address, first click inside the field named "Target", then hit the Ctrl + V key combination from your keyboard, or right-click with your mouse and select "Paste" from the contextual drop-down menu.

4. Choose your options (or leave them as they are) via the drop-down menus.

5. Click Go!

6. Wait and view your attack, for example...
